You understand that when using StyleSays, you will be exposed to User Submissions from a variety of sources, and that StyleSays is not responsible for the accuracy, usefulness, safety, or intellectual property rights of or relating to such User Submissions. You further understand and acknowledge that you may be exposed to User Submissions that are inaccurate, offensive, indecent, or objectionable, and you agree to waive, and hereby do waive, any legal or equitable rights or remedies you have or may have against StyleSays with respect thereto, and agree to indemnify and hold StyleSays, its Owners/Operators, affiliates, and/or licensors, harmless to the fullest extent allowed by law regarding all matters related to your use of the site.

StyleSays's responsibility to the site's content and its members.

Under no circumstances will StyleSays be liable for any inaccuracy or defect in any Postings. Please be aware that StyleSays does not and cannot monitor all of the Postings made to the sites, and therefore StyleSays will not be responsible for the content of any Postings. However, StyleSays does reserve the right to delete or edit any material in any posting that is obscene, offensive or otherwise objectionable and not in keeping with the standards of the site. If StyleSays elects to edit any Postings, it nonetheless assumes no responsibility for the content of the Postings. We expect our members to adhere to certain standards of behaviour. You agree not to post or otherwise make available:

• posts that harass, degrade, intimidate or are hateful toward an individual or group of individuals on the basis of religion, gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, age, or disability;
• posts that include personal or identifying information about another person without that person's explicit consent.
• posts that infringe any proprietary rights, including copyright, of any party, or Postings that you do not have a right to make available;
• posts contain your own or a third party's advertising, branding or promotional content;
posts that are unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, pornographic, libelous, or invasive of another's privacy, or harmful to minors in any way;
• posts that are false, deceptive, misleading, deceitful, misinformative, constitute "bait and switch" or impersonation of any person or entity;
• posts that relate to products that sexual or pornographic in nature.
• posts restrict or inhibit any other user from using and enjoying the StyleSays sites or the StyleSays services offered on them.

StyleSays retains the right to delete any member account without warning for first-time or continued violation of these terms or any other reason

Responsibility of Copyright

The images made available to you by means of the StyleSays service are protected by the copyright and trademark laws of the United States and other countries. Before using images for any purpose other than viewing on the web, you may need to obtain the authorization of the owner of the materials . It is your responsibility to obtain any authorizations to use an image or text that may be required; StyleSays cannot give you such authorization. We cannot guarantee that StyleSays will not locate unintended or objectionable content and StyleSays accepts no responsibility or liability for the content of any images or text included in any StyleSays list or otherwise linked to by the StyleSays services, or for your use of such content.

Limitation on Liability

In no event shall StyleSays be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special or punitive damages, including lost profit damages arising from your use of the services, even if StyleSays has been advised of the possibility of such damages, notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein.

Disputes

If there is any dispute about or involving the site or service, you agree that the dispute shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law provisions and you agree to exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue in the state and federal courts of the United States located in the State of Massachusetts, City of Wenham.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold StyleSays, its subsidiaries, and affiliates, and their respective officers, agents, partners and employees, harmless from any loss or liability arising out of your use of the sites or from any claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the sites in violation of these terms of service and/or any breach of your representations, warranties and obligations set forth above and/or if any content that you post in Postings on the sites or through the sites causes StyleSays to be liable to another.

Changes to Privacy Policy and Notice

StyleSays may change this policy from time to time in its discretion. Your continued use of our sites indicates your consent to this privacy policy and any amended versions of it. This policy was last updated on May 4, 2011.

Ability to Accept Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy

You affirm that you are either more than 13 years of age, or an emancipated minor, or possess legal parental or guardian consent, and are fully able and competent to enter into the terms, conditions, obligations, affirmations, representations, and warranties set forth in these Terms of Service, and to abide by and comply with these Terms of Service. In any case, you affirm that you are over the age of 13, as StyleSays is not intended for children under 13.

Again, by using or visiting this website, you signify your assent to the Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to any of these terms, then please stop using the site.

What data do we collect?

We receive and store any information you enter on our Web site or provide to us in any other way. This includes but is not limited to registration and profile information, IP addresses, referral pages, service behavior, and traffic data. We do not track your information or behavior on any third party locations or services unrelated to StyleSays.

What do we plan to do with this data?

Your data serves two overt functions: (1) By storing and tracking this information, we hope to gain a better understanding of site usage behavior and to subsequently improve the content and offerings on our site. (2) On an aggregate, non-personally identifiable level we may use this data for market research products and reports.

Your data and third parties

We do not sell or rent any of your personally identifying data to third parties for direct marketing purposes. We do not collect specific member address information, anyway, so this is a moot point.

We may share or disclose information about you to other companies or individuals when: (1) we must comply with applicable laws, regulations, or legal or regulatory process, (2) in the event of a sale, merger, transfer, or exchange of control of StyleSays to another party.

What information can I access?

You can access your personal information on our Web site and correct, amend or delete information that is inaccurate. Upon logging in visit your user profile setting page located at: http://www.StyleSays.com/settings/. Upon request, we are happy to provide access to any site behaviour data that we have collected about you.

Communications with members

When you register with StyleSays, you will be automatically opted-in to receive email and in-system notices, which may include announcements, newsletters and recommendations. You are welcome to elect out of receiving those messages at any time by clicking here.

Public sharing of your data

StyleSays allows the public and other members of the site to browse your public profile and saved items. StyleSays allows other users to browse your username, followed members, number of items saved, general place of residence, member number, invitee, personal website, favorite category and favorite price range. number of saved items, and number of people who have followed your posts.

Removal of user and user data

We will not remove posts on a per-post basis save in the exception of Copyright protection or dispute, see our Terms of Service for more on our Copyright policies. If you would like your user profile removed from StyleSays, contact us here. Your public profile and URL will be deleted within 72 hours.
